About Us

We come from humble beginnings serving our community as volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians. Later we obtained paramedic certification and worked in the emergency departments of Level I&II trauma centers and ground based 911 as paramedics. LaJuan progressed to earn her registered nurse license and bachelors of science in nursing. She currently works as a ER Nurse in a variety of hospital settings and is qualified to manage ICU patients. Gregory went on earn a bachelors in fire service management and obtain his flight paramedic certification. He currently works as flight paramedic in West Africa on 60 day on and 60 day off rotation. When at home Gregory continues to work as a flight paramedic serving the Texas/Oklahoma border. Gregory and LaJuan have a +30 years combined healthcare experience. 

 Gregory and LaJuan have worked in many health care settings throughout the United States and the world. We have the ability to assess and tailor compliant training that maximizes success in your particular working environment.
